WackDonalds: Final Papercraft Model


Introducing WackDonalds, the worst fast food brand in town. WcDonalds, as you may have guessed, is McDonalds but upside down. For the final product, I have upscaled and added additional features on the lid.

Origami Animals     Origami is a Japanese artform that has been around for thousands of years and is an beautiful piece of culture that is practiced all over the world. A Friendly Addition to the Workspace - The Robot Clock

Ever feel a sense of discomfort when thinking about about the time? Looking at a clock could feel daunting, especially when you're just woken up. Have no fear because the robot clock is here to get you feeling comfy and ready to work.  In Gary Hustwit's documentary, Objectified, a designer who goes by the name of Karim Rashim, mentions the evolution of cameras and how the shape of the camera has not changed. This reminded me of clocks and how the typical shape of a clock is either a rectangle or a circle. His passion for designing objects that represent the digital age has inspired me to craft a clock that goes beyond the constraints of conventional form.  I figured that a cute design would make the user feel more comfortable with having a clock nearby.
